Our chef Jürgen Moldaschl and his team will spoil you with fine gourmet cuisine.
He combines regional and international products in creative 5-course gourmet menus with a choice of options.
The gourmet menus have an international touch and an Austrian-Mediterranean influence from our Alpe Adria region.
We place great value on using as many regional, seasonal and fresh products as possible, and on refining them with herbs from our own herb garden.

Bistro menu at lunchtime
From 12:00 to 17:00, you can choose dishes from our Bistro-Menu.
Gourmet Dinner 18.30 Uhr bis 20.30 Uhr
We will spoil you with 5-course gourmet menus, with occasional buffets (such as starter and dessert buffets)
and a romantic dinner once a week.
