Dogs
Only on request. We charge €25.00 per day for a dog (excluding food). We would like to inform you that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant/terrace and wellness or beach area. You have the option of spending time with your dog on the terrace between 12:00 and 18:00. You are welcome to take your dog into the Seefischer Lounge at any time. The dog must be kept on a lead on the hotel grounds! We will provide you with a dog blanket and a food bowl mat in your room. We reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee of €150.00 if the room is left in a dirty state.

Smoking/non-smokingn
Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms or public areas of the hotel. We request that you do not smoke on the terrace during meals (in summer) out of consideration for other guests.

Children in the SPA House
We would like to inform you that children under the age of 16 are NOT allowed in the sauna area. In the pool area, we kindly ask you to respect the noise and splashing times (11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Furthermore, we kindly ask you to respect the peace and quiet in all relaxation rooms.

Special requests, intolerances and allergies
In order to be able to accommodate special requests, intolerances and allergies, we ask that you notify us of these BEFORE your arrival!

Air conditioning

No. We have chosen not to install air conditioning due to our quiet location directly on the lake and, above all, for the sake of the environment. With solid masonry and good insulation, we have already created the basic conditions for a pleasant indoor climate. The moderate climate at 580 metres above sea level and the fresh air from Lake Millstätter See are our natural cooling devices. With a few simple measures, you won't need air conditioning even on the hottest summer days: it's best to keep the windows closed and the curtains drawn during the day. This can reduce direct sunlight by up to 75% and prevent the summer heat from entering the room through open windows. It's best to air the room thoroughly in the cool morning or evening hours. At night, it cools down a little more and the air flow from an open or tilted window ensures that there is always enough fresh air in your room. Thanks to our unique location, you will not be disturbed by street noise at night and you are also usually safe from mosquitoes at Lake Millstätter See.

Our service on the beach?
Our cosy harbour bar and terrace are just a few steps away, within sight of the beach. We would therefore be delighted if you enjoyed your drinks at the bar or on the terrace, which offers a lake view, in the immediate vicinity – our staff are always on hand to offer you the best service!

Your meal times at the Seefischer

Breakfast: 7.30 - 11.00 a.m. - buffet breakfast

Lunch: 12.00 - 17.00 - à la carte menu

Evening: 6.30 - 8.30 pm - 5-course gourmet half-board menu

Our cuisine – At the Seefischer hotel restaurant, guests are treated to gourmet dishes of the highest quality, with an international touch and using many local products, as well as special creations. In our inn – the Lindenhof in Millstatt – you will find down-to-earth Austrian inn specialities.

Our dress code – bikini, swimming trunks, shorts, tracksuit and flip-flops are the perfect beach or leisure wear. In the restaurant, guests wear classic clothing during the day (breakfast, lunch) and elegant clothing in the evening. Beach and wellness guests who would like to have a drink in the bar are asked to wear a bathrobe.

Rooms with wooden floors – Many rooms (category: tower room ‘Seevilla’, junior suite ‘Seevilla Berg’, Laggerhof ‘Economy’, Laggerhof ‘Standard’ and Brunnbachl) at the Romantik SPA Hotel Seefischer are equipped with wooden floors. All other rooms are carpeted.
