How to find us

From the north

Take the A 10 Tauern motorway south (towards Villach) to the Spittal-Millstättersee motorway exit.
Follow the signs for Radenthein - Bad Kleinkirchheim along the entire length of the lake to Döbriach am See.

From the south

Take the A2 motorway south towards Italy as far as the Villach junction. Then head north on the A10 Tauern motorway. Take the Feistritz/Paternion exit, drive through Feistritz/Drau and over the ‘Glanz’ mountain to Döbriach.

By train

Spittal-Millstättersee railway station is 20 km from the Romantik Hotel Seefischer. We will be happy to pick you up from the station. We charge €50.00 per journey.

This hotel is a gem.

Everything is perfect here: the hotel, the rooms, the extra-large beds, the comfortable mattresses, the unrivalled location, the wonderful ambience, the cleanliness, the food is rarely sooooo good, the dedicated and attentive staff and the hoteliers leave nothing to be desired. The breakfast is lovingly prepared and there are also egg dishes to choose from. We have found a new favourite hotel! We would love to come back.

Perfectly managed wellness hotel

The hotel is located directly on the lake with its own beach and access to the marina. The rooms are very large, and those facing the lake also have a balcony. The staff are consistently very committed, friendly and helpful. But the owners also get involved from time to time. The wellness area offers something for everyone, and there are also plenty of quiet places/rest rooms. We were particularly impressed by the dinner, which is always offered in the form of at least five courses and is prepared to an outstanding standard (the hotel's culinary skills were recognised last year with an award). In any case, this is a hotel that is perfect for letting your soul dangle.
